We also offer Land and Sim Financing. The purchase price is divided up into weeks and even months for full sims. Payments are made with Linden or USD via Paypal
First payment is due upfront as a deposit the remainder is divided up into the payments
Finance charge varies with the length of time you are requesting to finance the land. A rent-to-own box will be provided when paying with Linden(s).
USD payments are due via a paypal subscription where you will be auto billed each week or month.
If you default on your payment land will go into a hold period for a week and there is a overdue fee of (amount owed x 15%) will be added to the week of default. After a week we will revoke the land to be sold.
All paypal subscrptions are for virtual monthly tier and there is no shipping involved it is a non-tangible payment you agree to sign up for. All payments are paid each month by paypal.
