We also offer financing of the land you wish to purchase. The price of the land will be taken on by Gamerzfix and divided up into weekly payments that you can pay with Linden and/or USD.
The first weeks payment is due before the purchase of the land and then the remainnder divided up into weekly payments.
There is a 5% finance charge for rent-to-own land paid in 4 weeks
There is a 8% finance charge for rent-to-own land paid in 5-8 weeks or less.
There is a 10% finance charge for rent-to-own land paid in 9-10 weeks
Linden payments are due once a week on the day of the first down payment. A rent-to-own box will be provided for your payment convinces if paying with Linden. In addition you need to pay a reduced land teir fee depending on the plot size.
Money payments are due via paypal subscription where you will be billed auto each week
If you default on your land purchase payment land will go into a grace period and overdue fee of (amount owed x 15%) will be added to the week of default. If by the second non-paid week no payment is reieved you will forge the land and it will be sold to recoup the land purchase price and tier cost.

Land Mortgage Loans:
Own land but need linden. Use your land as collateral and we will give you linden. Borrow as much as your land is woth you pay back via weekly installments with linden or paypal there is a financial fee and boom you got linden to play with! If you miss a payment there is a late payment fee if you fail to make two weekly payments you forgo your land and it will be sold to recoupe the Linden lent.
