Location: Throughout Eveafter Private Sim Estates
Starting Pay: 10% Commission (Based on sale price of land)

Job Description and Duties:
Assist in the selling/renting of residential/commercial/no zoning land and sims within the private sims of Everafter Estates. You will locate people who are looking for a home, land, rental property, or full sim. You must have passion, ambition, and a good sales drive. You must have good typing, spelling and grammar skills. You should have excellent communication skills, patience for others who do not speak/type English, and the ability to remain calm and troubleshoot problems if they arise. You will need to be able to explain the covenant and how the tier system works in Everafter Estates to the potential buyers/renters. Ability to speak/type other languages is a plus, but not required.

The Edge, the oldest club in Second LifeThe Edge, the oldest club in Second Life, has been a stepping stone for hundreds of thousands of Second Life avatars. It has been featured in numerous press releases and internationally published in the press and on TV. Due to real world health and time issues, I am unable to put in the time and effort needed to run the Edge the way it needs.

I am not sure what to price this sim at, as I am still receiving IMs expressing interest. The sim itself is one of the only private sims that remains so close to the mainland, making it attractive for traffic and advertising. I will only accept serious offers as I have been offered 5 figures USD for this sim alone. I would like to find someone to continue The Edge and perhaps lease the sim, but if a serious offer does come along for the sim I will sell it and transfer the sim to a new owner.

Hey its Jenna Fairplay here wanted to post about this great book by Hamlet Au. Back in 2004 when I was first venturing in the world of Second Life I knew gold when I saw it. I took my skills and within the year was one of the most successful members within the world. Getting my foot in early paid off and one of the first people who saw that was Hamlet Au formerly known as Hamlet Linden back then. He contacted me for an interview and after an hour he understood and also shared the same vision of Second Life, that it was going to be big.

Today 2008 I am interviewed and published constantly some contact me and let me know that they are publishing me and others I stumble upon when at Borders or reading a computer related magazine. As I exited Barnes and Noble I saw " The Making of Second Life .." by Wagner James Au. I was surprised and happy to see the original interview from 2004 in the book :)

This is not a book with guides on how to make money or become successful. It is more of a book about understanding how Second Life has become the vast and huge virtual world it is today. Today, Second Life has over 12 million members and growing. So please if you are interested check the book out or one of the others I have posted about.
